This action is brought-to recover damages sustained by decedent on the 12th day of December, A. D. 1910, while he was engaged as a car repairer in the yards of defendant at Durand, Mich. Decedent died the morning after he was hurt. The action is brought for the benefit of the widow, Blanche Harsen, who was 22 years old at the time of the trial, and her posthumous daughter, born on the '3d day of February, A. D. 1911.
