The Photo Cines Company, a corporation with principal office in the city of New York, commenced an action of the fourth class in the Municipal Court of Chicago, to recover damages for the breach of an oral contract, against the American Film Manufacturing Company, an Illinois corporation with principal office in the city of Chicago, defendant. It was alleged in plaintiff’s statement of claim, in substance, that under said contract plaintiff agreed to sell and ship to the defendant at Chicago, and the defendant agreed to accept from the plaintiff 68,012 feet of raw, positive, cinematograph…
