On July 12, 2017, this Court granted a motion to dismiss filed by Defendant National Futures Association ("NFA") pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), dismissing Plaintiff Dennis Troyer's amended complaint without prejudice. (DE 46). Now before the Court is NFA's second motion to dismiss (DE 48), together with a supporting memorandum (DE 49), seeking to dismiss Troyer's second amended complaint (DE 47) under Rule 12(b)(6).
