Susan and Wayne Johnson appeal from an order of the trial court granting summary judgment to defendants Great American Insurance Company (“Great American”) and Godard Insurance Agency (“Godard”). We affirm.

Facts

In February 1976, Wayne Johnson purchased an automobile insurance policy from Great American through its agent Godard. The policy provided coverage for personal injury liability with maximum limits of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
