Plaintiff appeals a judgment in favor of defendant, assigning error to the trial court’s grant of defendant’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs negligence claim. Plaintiff was injured in a single-car accident while defendant, her minor son, was driving. Plaintiff filed a claim against defendant in which she alleged that she was injured as a result of his negligent driving.
