MUNGER, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Ray Olson, a minor, brought suit against the defendant for personal injuries resulting from the alleged negligence of the defendant. There was a trial to a jury, and a verdict for the defendant was directed at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence. The plaintiff has appealed from the resulting dismissal of his case, and alleges error in the direction of the verdict.
