STONE, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment on verdict awarding damages for personal injuries to a child of fourteen years of age. The injury came from a charged wire on a support between two skeleton steel towers utilized by appellant in connection with a transformer station. The action is based . on negligence in not properly guarding the towers which, it is claimed, were attractive to children, and in not warning them of the dangers there.
