The Union Pacific Pailroad Company seeks the reversal of the judgment below for the sum of $7500, the amount assessed against it, by the verdict of a jury, as compensation to the defendant in error for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him in consequence of the want of - due care upon the part of the company in managing and controlling certain premises belonging to it, on which the plaintiff received such injuries.
