MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KENNEDY, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Jesselyn Radack (“Radack”), brings this action against her former employer, the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”), alleging that DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility (“OPR”) violated the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, and the Administrative Procedure Act (“APA”), 5 U.S.C. § 701, by disclosing information about her to District of Columbia and Maryland Bar officials.
