Plaintiff Sri Clyde Collins, an inmate recently released from Oneida Correctional Facility, brings this pro se action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) against New York State Department of Correctional Services Commissioner Glenn S. Goord and several employees of the Fishkill Correctional Facility alleging denial of access to the courts, deprivation of property without due process, and retaliation for the exercise of constitutionally protected rights.
