The opinion of the court was delivered by

Wedell, J.:

This is a disbarment proceeding filed by the board of

law examiners pursuant to the provisions of G. S. 1935, 7-111 et seq. The accusation is appended to this opinion and made a part hereof.

Exhibits “A” and “B” of the accusation constitute respectively a *161judgment finding respondent guilty of contempt of the district court1 and order remitting a portion of the fine assessed by such judgment. Such exhibits are omitted for reasons to be stated presently.
