TROTT, Circuit Judge:

Terrill Dixon (“Dixon”) appeals his jury convictions and sentence for bringing an illegal alien into the United States in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(B)(ii), (in). Dixon challenges his convictions on the ground that the district court erred by denying his motion to exclude in-court identification testimony, refusing his request for an in-court lineup, and improperly instructing the jury.
