Qui Tam Relators Kevin Keaveney and Margot Brennan (collectively “Relators”) allege violations of the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733, against Defendants SRA International, Systems Research and Applications Corporation (collectively “SRA”) and Triton Services (collectively “Defendants”).
