Plaintiffs University of Kansas (“KU”) and Kansas Athletics, Inc. (“Kansas Athletics”) filed this action against defendants Larry Sinks, Clark Orth, Larry Sinks Enterprises, Inc. and Victory Sportswear, L.L.C. alleging violations of state and federal trademark laws through the unauthorized and unlicensed sale of KU apparel.
