ROBERTS, Justice.
[¶ 1] The law firm of Potter, Prescott, Jamieson & Nelson, P.A., appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, J.) dismissing pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) the firm’s complaint against the defendants, John Campbell, James Hartnett, and Robert Adam. The firm also challenges the court’s (Calkins, J.) denial of its motion to amend the judgment or, alternatively, to grant the firm leave to amend its complaint. We affirm the judgment.
