The above-styled matter is before the court on defendant Mar-Bel, Inc.’s motion for partial summary judgment. This is a products liability action for damages by the plaintiff for alleged injuries sustained while operating a formica slitting machine while employed at the Piedmont Moulding Co. During the operation of the cutting machine, plaintiff’s left hand was allegedly caught in the machine, resulting in personal injuries.
