Gerald and Helen Ferguson timely appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment disposing of their claims against The Greater Pocatello Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (Chamber), The Idaho State Journal, Inc. (Journal), and The Idaho State University (ISU) for treble damages and injunctive relief under sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2 (1982), 647 F.Supp. 190. We affirm.
