Alaska Airlines, Muse Air Corporation, Midway Airlines, Inc., and Northwest Airlines, Inc. (collectively “plaintiffs”) brought suit against their two largest competitors, United Airlines and American Airlines (collectively “defendants”), alleging that defendants had individually violated the Sherman Act in operating their proprietary computerized reservations systems (“CRS”).
