Child Evangelism Fellowship of Minnesota (“CEF”) brought this action against Minneapolis Special School District No. 1 (“the District”) seeking preliminary injunctive relief preventing the District from violating CEF’s freedom of speech, free exercise of religion, and other constitutional rights.
