MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) Lawrence Lane’s Motion for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Approval of His Selection of Lead Counsel, filed January 19, 2007 (Doc. 27)(“Motion for Appointment”); (ii) Motion to Intervene to Seek Order that *637Notice of Pendency of Action be Republished, filed February 5, 2007 (Doc. 29)(“Mo-tion to Intervene”); and (iii) Motion to Strike as Untimely Docket # 35, filed April 17, 2007 (Doc. 36)(“Motion to Strike”).
