Pompano Beach Police & Firefighters Retirement System (“Plaintiff’), which has been designated as lead plaintiff pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4, brings this putative class action on behalf of purchasers or those who otherwise acquired securities of Citigroup, Inc.
