THAYER, Circuit Judge.
This is a petition filed under section 24 of the recent bankrupt act, to revise in matter of law an order made by the district court of the United States for the district of Nebraska in a bankruptcy proceeding. The bankrupt, the Greater America. Exposition, a corporation, was adjudicated a bankrupt on January 5, 1900. Theretofore, on September 7, 1899, it had conveyed certain buildings which belonged to it to the Chicago House-Wrecking Company.
