This action is a consolidation of several actions, all of which were commenced in the District Court of Carbon County, Utah.

The first one was commenced by Chauncey P. Overfield, the second by the Joseph Nelson Supply Company, hereafter called supply company. Both of those actions were commenced against the Wright-Osborn Company, hereinafter styled contractor, and the Carbon County high school district, hereinafter designated school district, to recover for material fur-, nished to said contractor for the construction of a high school building at Price,'Utah, for said school district.
