This matter is before the Court on plaintiff Alice Ashburn’s Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order (Doc. 80). The Court’s Opinion and Order (Doc. 79, hereinafter “Opinion”) granted Defendant GNC’s motion to exclude the plaintiffs expert, Donald H. Marks, MD, Ph.D, but denied the plaintiffs motion to exclude the defendant’s expert, Richard B.
