This proceeding was begun in the probate Court for Greenville County by the filing of a petition by Charles Randolph Thomas, Jr., as executor of the last will and testament of Clara MacNeill Thomas, against Mary K. MacNeill, as guardian of Clara MacNeill Thomas, seeking an accounting in the said guardianship matter. On January 1, 1925, the Judge of Probate for the said County filed an order dismissing the petition, from which order appeal was made to the Court of Common Pleas.
