¶ 1 Theodore Wells and Carole Wells (the Wells’s) appeal from the judgment entered in favor of Cendant Mobility Financial Corporation (Cendant) and Marc Lieberman and Michelle Lieberman (the Liebermans) (collectively the Defendants) on the Wells’s claims of breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, violation of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law (RESDL), 68 Pa.C.S. §§ 7301-7315, and violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL), 73 P.S. §§ 201-1-201-9.2.
