Plaintiffs Carter and Thelma Ware filed a seven-count amended complaint against defendants Homestart Mortgage Corporation (“Homestart”), Indymac Bank, F.S.B. (“Indymac”), CitiMortgage, Inc. (“Citi-Mortgage”), and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
