The real estate involved consists of a parcel of land at the northwest corner of Park avenue and South Goodman street, in the city of Rochester, N. Y., containing two single-family dwellings, about fifty and sixty years old. One of these houses fronts upon South Goodman street and the other upon Park avenue. Application was made to the Rochester superintendent of buildings for a permit to erect a public gasoline station upon the said property.
