This Chapter 13 case presents the disturbing situation in which a debtor’s signature is forged on the bankruptcy petition. The facts were presented in a Motion to Dismiss for Fraudulent Filing (the “Motion to Dismiss”) filed by the above-named debtor, Leroy Washington (“Washington” or the “Debtor”).
