This civil rights class action is brought by more than thirty Latino plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) who contend that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division of the United States Department of Homeland Security (“ICE”) and certain of its employees (collectively, the “Defendants”) subjected them to unlawful searches of their homes in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
