Defendants Verizon Services Corp. (“VSC”) and Verizon Communications Inc. (together, “Defendants”) seek costs, including attorney’s fees, in connection with the filing of a motion to compel, pursuant to Rule 37(a)(5)(A) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
