This case presents a number of questions arising from a dispute between Plaintiff-Appellee The Southern New England Telephone Company (“SNET”) and Defendanb-Appellant Global NAPs Inc. (“Global”), its affiliated companies Global NAPs Networks, Inc., Global NAPs New Hampshire, Inc., and Global NAPS Realty, Inc., and its parent company Ferrous Miner Holdings, Inc.
