The defendants Bear Stearns Companies LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. (collectively, “Bear Stearns”) and Alan D. Schwartz (together with Bear Steams, “The Bear Stearns Defendants”) and defendant Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) collectively the (“Defendants”) have moved pursuant to Rule 37(d), F.R. Civ.
