Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Williams, J.), entered February 15, 2004 in Saratoga County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion to hold defendants Angelo Rosse and Donangelo, Inc. in civil and criminal contempt of court for failure to comply with prior orders.

Defendant Donangelo, Inc., a residential real estate development corporation, is principally owned and operated by defendant Angelo Rosse.
