ORDER
HAWKINS, Chief Judge.
This motion is before the court on the Amended Report of the Special Master dated November 14, 1990 1 in addition to the Defendant’s Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default, which was filed on December 26, 1990.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
As a result of the allegations in the complaint, the testimony taken before Magistrate Carr, and the testimony at the hear ing before this court on January 10, 1991, this court finds the following:
