GLASSMAN, Justice.

[¶ 1] Robert Ardolino appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Pe-nobscot County, Kravchuk, J.) on a jury verdict finding him guilty of depraved indifference murder in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(B) (1983). 1 He contends that the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion for a bill of particulars, (2) certain of its evidentiary rulings, and (3) denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal.
