The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct all further proceedings in this case, including trial and entry of final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). On February 12, 1996, plaintiffs filed this action pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq., seeking money damages for personal injury in the amount of $400,000.00, and loss of support, consortium and services in the amount of $250,000.00, arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on August 10, 1994.
