This is a legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty suit filed by appellants Jose Hernandez, Linda Hernandez, Javier Vasquez, Claudia Gil, Raul Vasquez, and Virginia Vasquez against appellees Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels & Friend, a Texas General Partnership, Randall Sorrels, and Bernardino Agosto, Jr. (collectively the Law Firm), their former attorneys.
