OPINION

BERNICE BOUIE DONALD, Circuit Judge.

Husband and wife, Basim “Paul” Had-dad and Sarena Haddad, sued law firm Randall S. Miller Associates, PC (“RSM”) in Michigan state court, alleging that RSM violated the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692f(6)(A)' and (C), by improperly completing a fore closure by advertisement under Michigan law, Mich. Comp. Laws § 600.3204. RSM removed the case to federal court and filed a Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss. The district court summarily dismissed the Haddads’ complaint.
