This appeal comes to us on the question of the effect of a divorce decree entered subsequent to the establishment of a life insurance contract, the beneficiary of which is decedent’s former wife, Dorothy M. Wolf.
Trial was to the court and judgment was for plaintiffappellee, Dorothy M. Wolf. From the overruling of her motion for a new trial appellant, as personal representative of the deceased, brings this appeal. The insurance company has taken the position of stakeholder.
