Proceeding by William Nackenhorst, receiver, for the ■ purpose of reducing funds to his possession, in which the Aetna Trust and Savings Company and others filed cross-complaints and asked that their claims be adjudicated. — This is an appeal from a decree of the Marion Superior Court. The court made a special finding of facts- and pronounced its conclusions of law thereon. Following its conclusions of law the court entered a decree by the terms of which the proceeds arising from the construction of a certain sewer under a contract between the city of Indianapolis and the Julius Keller Construction Company were ordered to be paid out on certain claims presented under the pleadings, the amounts of which were fixed and the priorities of which were determined.
