EOSTEB, Justice.

Ancient United Knights and Daughters of Africa was a fraternal order with a ritualistic ceremony and an insurance feature. The members paid a stipulated sum into the endowment fund, out of which death claims were payable. That fund by operation of law was held in trust for that purpose. Section 8450, Code; McCall v.
