OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

Appellant-Defendant Morris L. Auffen-berg (Morris) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the Appel-lee-Claimant Board of Trustees of Columbus Regional Hospital, formerly Bartholomew County Hospital (Hospital).

We affirm.

ISSUE
