In three issues, DeWayne Stewart appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Sanmina Texas L.P., Sanmina-SCI Corporation and John R. Sitton on Stewart’s claims for age discrimination and retaliation in violation of chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code, 1 and breach of contract or quantum meruit for failure to pay certain commissions and expenses.
