This summary judgment appeal arises from a failed effort to secure a loan to purchase assets in a bankruptcy proceeding. Robert Esty, individually, and Esty and Associates, Inc. (“EAI”) (together, “Esty”) appeal the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Beal Bank, S.S.B. and CSG Investments, Inc. (“CSG”) (together, “Beal”).
