Mrs. Gordon, a daughter and legatee, first *258filed an answer alleging that the paper writing was not the last will and testament of the decedent; that it was not her free act; that the subscription and the publication thereof were procured by fraud and undue influence; that the testatrix was not of sound mind, and that the paper was not executed as a will in conformity with the statute.
