MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Richard Bulman and Pinweel, Inc. bring this action against Defendant 2BKCO, Inc., asserting claims for trademark infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, dilution, and a declaratory judgment. Now *556before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction in connection with Plaintiffs’ word mark “Pinweel” and corresponding logo. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants Plaintiffs’ motion.
