I. Introduction
The matter before the Court is “Travelers Insurance Company’s Motion for Order Dismissing the Case on Grounds that the Debtor is Unable to Effectuate a Plan and Directing Debtor to Pay to Travelers Funds in Escrow Account” (the “Motion”).
