The Teamsters National Freight Industry Negotiating Committee (the Teamsters Committee), a creditor of U.S. Truck Company, Inc. (U.S. Truck) — the debtor-in-possession in this Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding — appeals the District Court’s order confirming U.S. Truck’s Fifth Amended Plan of Reorganization. The Teamsters Committee complains that the plan does not satisfy three of the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 1129.
