DECISION ON MOTION TO LIFT AUTOMATIC STAY AND RELATED CONSEQUENCES

Before the Court in this single asset Chapter 11 real estate case is a motion by Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”) for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) for cause, including an absence of good faith in the filing of the Chapter 11 petition, and 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2).
